Experience Workshop started 2014 at the University of Pécs Medical School’s Open Day. With the participation of high school and secondary school students we built a 4 meters high Zometool model of DNA. The workshop was led by dr. On May 20 the Experience Workshop participated at Zsolnay Festival in Pécs, Hungary. Those who joined us could try our brand new workshops and games and learn about the artist István Böszörményi‘s new research results.
On February 8-9, the Experience Workshop Math-Art Movement visited the city of Dombóvár, Hungary. The almost 300 students, children and parents, who visited our program could join to a rich selection of math&art workshops, enjoyed interesting presentations and a math-art dance performance by The Symptoms Dance Company.
On November 30, 2012 the Experience Workshop’s Zometool Team joined the Celebrational Closing Gala of the Hungarian Mathematics Contest in the László Papp Stadium, Budapest. The successful contest – with more than 6000 participants this year – was initiated by Tibor Hervay and Krisztina Hervay teachers. The Hungarian National Radio‘s education program visited the Apáczai School of Pécs, Hungary.
